Starweb Technologies provides digital services including Shopify development, web design, store optimization, CRM/ERP systems, AI automation, and custom application development.
Clients agree to provide accurate project information, supply required materials (content, images, data), review project milestones promptly, and complete payments on agreed terms.
All services require payment per the agreed proposal or invoice. Failure to pay may result in project suspension or termination.
After full payment, clients receive rights to final project deliverables unless otherwise specified. Starweb Technologies may display completed work in its portfolio.
Starweb Technologies is not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, issues caused by third-party platforms, or technical issues outside our control.
Either party may terminate a project if the other party fails to meet agreed obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
